Rainforests are the most biodiverse places on Earth. But 80,000 acres are destroyed every day. Our newest 10% GiveBack Partner, Rainforest Trust, helps to protect these imperiled habitats to save endangered species from extinction. Celebrating 27 years of successful conservation efforts, Rainforest Trust has protected over 11 million acres of critical habitat by establishing more than 100 nature reserves, protected areas and indigenous territories in 20 countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

How do they DO it? Rainforest Trust partners with experienced local conservationists and communities to strategically purchase and protect real acres in real places. Together, they establish permanent refuges that ensure a future for endangered species. Our #MyChocolateAcre campaign gave us a taste of just how quickly acres add up and how rewarding it is to be a part of something so big and lasting!
