SUPPLIER SPOTLIGHT: HimalaSalt™

When the time came for Endangered Species Chocolate to source a salt for our newest chocolate bar, Dark Chocolate with Caramel and Sea Salt, we were certain that using Pink Himalayan Salt from HimalaSalt™ was the perfect choice.
