Visiting The Source

Get a first-hand look at several Co-Ops where Endangered Species Chocolate sources its chocolate and how our partnership with Fairtrade International supports positive change.

Fairtrade Premiums

Endangered Species Chocolate supports small West African cocoa producers by sourcing from Fairtrade Certified cacao farms. Over and above the Fairtrade price, we pay Fairtrade Premiums, an additional sum of money which goes into a communal fund for farmers to use – as they see fit – to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.
