Leperit (Zebra)
Leperit, a young Grevy’s zebra stallion, lives in northern Kenya’s Samburu National Reserve. Wildlife scouts and local people can identify him by the notch in his right ear, a reminder of his pluck and the bravery of two young Samburu boys who saved him from jackals when he was about six months old.
